Group 1 DC line — 12V/24V hydraulic power units
For mobile equipment and 12/24V battery applications: lifting, tippers, platforms.
This is the line for on-vehicle work: the DC motor delivers the strong starting torque needed to lift immediately, a contactor sized on real currents switches it safely, and the circuit — single acting with gravity lowering, or double acting with a solenoid valve — follows the equipment’s function. Reservoirs from 4 to 25 litres, made to measure when chassis-to-body space demands it; pendant pushbutton or radio control.
The 12V vs 24V choice is almost always made by the vehicle (our dedicated guide explains when each pays off); the pump choice is made by the desired operation time. Mind the cycle: DC motors work in bursts with cooling pauses — if the application demands long or frequent operations, sizing must respect the real intermittence ratio, which is exactly what we do in every quotation.
