Group 1 DC · 12V/24V hydraulic power units
For mobile equipment and 12/24V battery applications: lifting, tippers, platforms.
This is the line for on-vehicle work: the DC motor delivers the strong starting torque needed to lift immediately, a contactor sized on real currents switches it safely, and the circuit follows the equipment’s function (single acting with gravity lowering, or double acting with a solenoid valve). Reservoirs from 4 to 25 litres, made to measure when chassis-to-body space demands it; pendant pushbutton or radio control.
The 12V vs 24V choice is almost always made by the vehicle (our dedicated guide explains when each pays off); the pump choice is made by the desired operation time. Mind the cycle: DC motors work in bursts with cooling pauses, so if the application demands long or frequent operations, sizing must respect the real intermittence ratio, which is exactly what we do in every quotation.
Typical industries
Components compatible with this line
Hydraulic pumps
Gear pumps for compact power packs: a wide displacement range for every flow/pressure combination.
Electric motors
Single/three-phase AC and 12/24V DC motors coupled to the pump via dedicated kits, for continuous or intermittent duty.
Manifolds
Aluminium manifolds for compact power packs, machined to drawing with configurable cavity count.
Modular elements & solenoids
Modular blocks, NG6 solenoid valves, coils and connectors to build the power pack control logic.
Reservoirs
Plastic and steel reservoirs, horizontal and vertical, from 1.5 to 30 litres, with dedicated plugs and accessories.
Suction & return
Suction and return kits matched to the reservoir: strainers, filters and fittings sized to pump flow.
Valves & plugs
Relief, check and lowering valves plus plugs for complete power pack circuit control.
Power pack accessories
Gauges, pressure switches, level indicators, heat exchangers and contactors: everything that completes the power pack.
Connection elements
Adapter flanges and couplings, motor side and pump side, that join the electric motor to the pump: guaranteed alignment, complete ready-to-fit kit.
