The gear pump is the heart of every power pack: two meshing gears turning motor rotation into oil flow. Gazzera fits group 1 and group 0.5 external hydraulic gear pumps with a finely graded displacement range, from 0.88 to 9.8 cm³/rev, letting you hit exactly the flow your application needs with no compromise on operating speed. Continuous pressures up to 210 bar with 250 bar peaks cover nearly all compact applications: lifts, dump bodies, machine tools, log splitters and, coupled with DC motors, complete 12V hydraulic pump units for mobile equipment.
Choosing the right pump means starting from the cycle, not the catalogue: flow from the required speed and pressure class from the load. Standard pumps run anticlockwise, with fixed rotation. Every pump is coupled to its motor through dedicated kits (couplings, flanges and bell housings from the same platform) and is pressure-tested on the complete unit before shipping. It is one reason Gazzera testing is 100%, not sample-based.
