12V/24V DC & AC electric motors
Single/three-phase AC and 12/24V DC motors coupled to the pump via dedicated kits, for continuous or intermittent duty.
The electric motor defines the power pack’s character: single-phase 230V and three-phase 400V AC motors (0.25 to 5.5 kW) run S1 continuous duty for mains-powered machines; 12V and 24V DC motors deliver generous starting torque in S3 intermittent duty for mobile equipment and battery applications. The right choice starts from the real duty cycle, the subject of our AC vs DC guide, and frame size, protection class (IP54/IP55) and controls follow.
The motor-pump coupling is where reliability is decided: dedicated coupling kits for every flange and shaft combination, alignment guaranteed by the platform, contactors sized on real currents (at 12V there is no improvising). Every motor reaches the customer already coupled, wired to diagram and load-tested on the complete unit.
