Modular blocks, NG6 solenoid valves, coils and connectors to build the power pack control logic.
Modular blocks and elements are Gazzera’s way of building the control logic by stacking functions instead of redesigning the circuit. On the manifold you mount modular blocks (pilot-operated check, single-acting, port rotation) and NG6 (CETOP 3) interface solenoid valves, with flows up to 40 l/min, 12/24V DC and 24/110/230V AC coils and DIN 43650 connectors. Single or double acting, multiple services, load holding: the function is composed, not reinvented.
The correct choice comes from three questions: how many services the unit must control, what must happen on power loss (spool rest position) and which voltage is available on board. With those answers, the combination of blocks, solenoid valves and coils practically selects itself, and it is verified at testing together with the rest of the unit, wiring included.
