The pressure relief valve is the fundamental protection of every hydraulic circuit: it opens at its set pressure and discharges excess flow to tank, protecting pump, motor and machine structure. In Gazzera power packs every relief valve is set and verified at testing against the customer’s real application, with a 10 to 250 bar adjustment range — not a screw to be turned blindly in the field.
Around the relief valve works the complete family: check valves holding the load, compensated lowering valves controlling descent speed regardless of weight, pilot-operated check valves and plugs sealing unused cavities. All valves are cartridge-style on standard Gazzera platform cavities: the same logic moves from one manifold to another without redesign.
