Hydraulic manifolds
Aluminium manifolds for compact power packs, machined to drawing with configurable cavity count.
The manifold is the power pack’s hydraulic chassis: the aluminium block carrying pump, valves and solenoids, with the internal galleries connecting everything. Gazzera machines manifolds with 2, 3 or 5 SAE08 valve cavities and P-T P1/T1 G 1/4" ports; pressures up to 250 bar. The right cavity count follows from the required functions, using the same configuration rules behind our technical quotes.
A well-designed manifold eliminates hoses, fittings and potential leak points: the circuit’s logic lives inside the block, compact and protected. For OEM series we build application-specific manifolds, with cavities only where needed, dimensions drawn around the installation and the customer’s markings, while keeping standard platform cavities for maximum component availability.
