Hydraulic manifolds
Aluminium and cast-iron manifolds for compact power packs, machined to drawing with configurable cavity count.
The manifold is the power pack’s hydraulic chassis: the aluminium or cast-iron block carrying pump, valves and solenoids, with the internal galleries connecting everything. Gazzera machines manifolds with 1-6 valve cavities to its own drawings, G 3/8"-G 1/2" ports and pressures up to 250 bar: the right cavity count follows from the required functions, using the same configuration rules behind our technical quotes.
A well-designed manifold eliminates hoses, fittings and potential leak points: the circuit’s logic lives inside the block, compact and protected. For OEM series we build application-specific manifolds — cavities only where needed, dimensions around the installation, customer markings — while keeping standard platform cavities for maximum component availability.
