Group 1 AC · AC hydraulic power units
For fixed industrial applications on mains power: continuous S1 or intermittent S3 duty.
This is the line for mains-powered machines: machine tools, test benches, stationary compactors, industrial automation. An AC motor in continuous duty withstands long cycles and pressure holding that a DC motor could not, with steady efficiency and minimal maintenance. The architecture is modular: a central manifold with the required valve cavities, a group 1 pump in the exact displacement, and a 3 to 30 litre reservoir in plastic or steel.
Configuration starts from two numbers, pressure from the load and flow from the required speed, and from the real duty cycle, which sets motor size and duty rating. Single-phase or three-phase depends on the supply available at the plant; for special needs (two-speed, soft starting) our technical department proposes the solution at quotation. Typical industries
Components compatible with this line
Hydraulic pumps
Gear pumps for compact power packs: a wide displacement range for every flow/pressure combination.
Electric motors
Single/three-phase AC and 12/24V DC motors coupled to the pump via dedicated kits, for continuous or intermittent duty.
Manifolds
Aluminium manifolds for compact power packs, machined to drawing with configurable cavity count.
Modular elements & solenoids
Modular blocks, NG6 solenoid valves, coils and connectors to build the power pack control logic.
Reservoirs
Plastic and steel reservoirs, horizontal and vertical, from 1.5 to 30 litres, with dedicated plugs and accessories.
Suction & return
Suction and return kits matched to the reservoir: strainers, filters and fittings sized to pump flow.
Valves & plugs
Relief, check and lowering valves plus plugs for complete power pack circuit control.
Power pack accessories
Gauges, pressure switches, level indicators, heat exchangers and contactors: everything that completes the power pack.
