The hydraulic oil tank (or reservoir) is much more than a container: it keeps the suction line submerged in every condition, dissipates circuit heat, separates air and contaminants. The Gazzera range spans 0.7 to 50 litres in plastic (PE/PC) and steel, horizontal and vertical, with filler/breather plugs, level indicators and dedicated suction kits — all from one platform, all mating without adaptation.
Correct sizing starts from the volume displaced by the cylinders plus a reserve, verified against the vehicle’s real inclination and the cycle’s heat load (our dedicated guide covers the 3-step calculation). For vehicle applications we build made-to-measure reservoirs in capacity and footprint: when space between chassis and body is tight, the right reservoir is the one drawn around the installation.
