Suction and return kits matched to the reservoir: strainers, filters and fittings sized to pump flow.
The suction kit is the pump’s first line of defence: a strainer sized to the flow, 180 µm suction filtration and correct fittings prevent cavitation and contaminant ingress, the two main causes of premature wear. Every Gazzera kit is matched to the reservoir and pump of the same platform: lengths and diameters already correct, no workshop adaptation.
The return line deserves the same attention as suction: a return entering above oil level circulates air, a choked one builds back-pressure. Gazzera return kits for horizontal and vertical reservoirs bring oil back to the right point of the tank, away from the suction line, completing a circuit that is clean by design.
