Suction and return kits matched to the reservoir: strainers, filters and fittings sized to pump flow.
The suction kit is the pump’s first line of defence: a strainer sized to the flow, 90 to 250 µm suction filtration and correct fittings prevent cavitation and contaminant ingress — the two main causes of premature wear. Every Gazzera kit is matched to the reservoir and pump of the same platform: lengths and diameters already correct, no workshop adaptation.
The return line deserves the same attention as suction: a return entering above oil level circulates air, a choked one builds back-pressure. Gazzera return kits for horizontal and vertical reservoirs bring oil back to the right point of the tank, away from the suction line, completing a circuit that is clean by design.
