Hydraulic oil tanks & reservoirs
Plastic and steel reservoirs, horizontal and vertical, from 1.5 to 30 litres, with dedicated plugs and accessories.

The hydraulic oil tank (or reservoir) is much more than a container: it keeps the suction line submerged in every condition, dissipates circuit heat and lets air and contaminants separate out. The Gazzera range spans 1.5 to 30 litres in plastic and steel, horizontal and vertical, with filler and breather plugs, level indicators and dedicated suction kits, all from one platform and mating without adaptation.
Correct sizing starts from the volume displaced by the cylinders plus a reserve, verified against the maximum inclination of the vehicle or machine and the cycle’s heat load (our dedicated guide covers the 3-step calculation). For vehicle applications we build reservoirs made to measure in both capacity and footprint: when space between chassis and body is tight, the right reservoir is the one drawn around the installation.

Frequently asked questions
What reservoir capacities do you offer?
From 1.5 to 30 litres, in plastic and steel, horizontal and vertical. For vehicle installations we build reservoirs made to measure in both capacity and footprint.
How is the reservoir sized?
Start from the volume displaced by the cylinders plus a reserve, checking vehicle inclination and cycle heat. Our dedicated guide covers the calculation in three steps.
Plastic or steel?
Plastic is light and economical for most applications; steel is chosen for harsh environments, impacts and high temperatures. Both mate to the same platform.

Suction & return
Suction and return kits matched to the reservoir: strainers, filters and fittings sized to pump flow.
Power pack accessories
Gauges, pressure switches, level indicators, heat exchangers and contactors: everything that completes the power pack.
Electric motors
Single/three-phase AC and 12/24V DC motors coupled to the pump via dedicated kits, for continuous or intermittent duty.
