The manifold is the power pack’s hydraulic chassis: the aluminium block carrying pump, valves and solenoids, with the internal galleries connecting everything. Gazzera machines manifolds with 2, 3 or 5 SAE08 valve cavities and P-T P1/T1 G 1/4" ports; working pressure up to 250 bar. The right cavity count follows from the required functions, using the same configuration rules behind our technical quotes.
A well-designed manifold eliminates hoses, fittings and potential leak points: the circuit’s logic lives inside the block, compact and protected. For OEM series we build application-specific manifolds, with cavities only where needed, dimensions drawn around the installation and the customer’s markings, while keeping standard platform cavities for maximum component availability.

Frequently asked questions
How many valve cavities can a Gazzera manifold have?
Standard manifolds come with 2, 3 or 5 cavities. The right number depends on the hydraulic functions it has to house (relief, check, lowering, solenoids): at quotation we pick the smallest layout that covers the circuit.
What material are the manifolds made of?
Die-cast, machined aluminium, with SAE08 cavities, G 1/4" ports and working pressures up to 250 bar.
Can you machine a manifold to our drawing?
Yes. For OEM series we build dedicated manifolds with cavities only where needed and dimensions drawn around the application, while keeping standard platform cavities for component availability.
